Wedding Packages

All prices quoted are valid for 60 days and are preliminary budgets on date of proposal.

Final pricing is subject to change at any time.  Changes may be  based on additional options, quantities, preferences, additional linens, menus, style of service, market price increases and other factors.

for your special occasion!

**Deposit to book date: $500 Non-Refundable Deposit along with signed agreement.  $350 Refundable Damage Deposit due 30 days prior to event date in addition to package pricing. 

Wedding & Reception Package INCLUDES:

Building & Grounds Rental ($3,250)

  • 12 Hours Rental for Historic Corbin Mansion Events Center on Day of Event
  • 48" Diameter Tables & 7 Gold Chiavari Chairs for up to a maximum of 100 people.
  • White or Black linens for the 15 guest tables & 4 cocktail tables (additional tables and linens may be rented)
  • Table linens for a gift table & food station
  • Centerpiece Decoration for each 48" Diameter Dining Table for up to 15 Tables.
  • Set-up & tear down of tables and chairs on day of event.
  • Rehearsal Time on an evening (to be scheduled based on availability) before event date.

Wedding Coordinator for Rehearsal and Day of Event.

Any Item or Service not specifically indicated as "included".

Catering:

  • We can recommend the perfect caterer for your occasion!  Remember, Catering pricing can vary substantially based on service, menu, etc.

Bar Service: 

  • You are required to hire our Licensed Bartender if you choose to serve alcohol at your event. 
  • Beer, Wine, and non alcoholic beverages are not included in pricing, you may contract them. Hard alcohol is not permitted at the mansion.
  • If you choose to bring them in yourself you are required to present a banquet permit for your occasion  30 days prior to the event date.

Music & Other Outside Services:

  • Recommended: DJ: Doug Scott, Pianist & Recorded Dance Music of your choice.

Event Pricing - for occasions not requiring a large block of time

($250/hr with a 4 hour minimum rental)

  • Includes tables and chairs for up to 100 guests.

  • Coordinator: 
    Wedding Coordinator for Rehearsal and Day of Event ($500)
  • Flowers:
    Bride's Flowers, Tosser, 4 Brides Maids, 5 Boutonnieres & 2 Corsages ($500)
  • Wedding Cake:
    3-tiered wedding cake of 4 layers each serving 100 people ($250)
  • Photography:
    Still photos on day of event (2 hr coverage for ceremony, bride, groom, couples shots & bridal party and 1 hr of reception); Wedding album; Wedding Video (2 hour coverage) ($1,250)
